The house is located off the beaten path, far from town noise.
Its large garden offers a view of Babia Góra.
You can take a walk to the nearby forest, through which there are mountain trails, the detailed description of which can be found in the “ATTRACTIONS AND neighborhood” tab.
The local marketplace offering a variety of shopping opportunities is situated within walking distance (10 minutes) from our house. The “U Lipy” restaurant is also conveniently located near our house.

When entering the house, there is a dressing room on the left. From the corridor you can enter the kitchen on the right. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, oven, microwave, kettle and dishwasher. It is very convenient to use. The living area of the house is an open space that connects the kitchen, dining room and living room. In the living room there is a three-seater sofa. The interior is also enriched with a free-standing, modern fireplace. The living room has a TV with Internet access, Netflix and digital TV. From the living room we enter the “mini SPA” zone, which has a Finnish sauna, exclusively for guests. After the sauna, you can relax on the leather sofa next to the sauna or take a bath in the hot tub, which is located in a separate bathroom. In addition, on the ground floor there are, as mentioned: a bathroom with a bathtub, a toilet and three bedrooms. The configuration of accommodation places is visible in the attached photos. In rooms with single beds, it is possible to connect them. From the ground floor, we take a steep staircase to the mezzanine, which is not closed, but thanks to an appropriate design, it is separated, so we can enjoy privacy. There is a relaxation area with armchairs, a comfortable double bed and a small bathroom with a bathtub.
In the evening, we recommend stocking up on good wine and drinking it in front of the fireplace. 🙂
Home is also the perfect place to work online. We provide good internet connection.
In addition to the wonderful house, you also have the opportunity to use the barbecue area. This is the gazebo visible in the photos and the grill located next to it.
The facility is fenced and has a large space, which provides excellent conditions for children who, for example, would like to play football.
It is an ideal place to take a rest and regenerate.
And the best thing about it all is that our guests leave our house only to come back again! This is irrefutable proof that this place is a fairy tale 🙂
