Jordanów is a charming locality in Sucha district (Małopolska region) famous for its location among mountain ranges and woodlands as a “green town”, and as a holiday and tourist resort. It provides an ideal base for excursions to the nearby mountain chains, such as Luboń or the Babia Góra massif with its scenery that can be enjoyed from your rented house. Babia Góra National Park is situated at a short distance. The house is located near the Przykiec peak with its observation platforms offering attractive views of the Skawa valley, Island Beskids, Gorce, Tatras and Babia Góra chain. Numerous ski slopes are also arranged in the area.
The house is located off the beaten path, far from town noise.
Its large garden offers a view of Babia Góra.
The local forest crossed by multiple mountain trails is situated within walking distance; a detailed trail description can be found below.
The local marketplace offering a variety of shopping opportunities is situated within walking distance (10 minutes) from our house. The “U Lipy” restaurant is also conveniently located near our house.

Red trail:
– Jordanów – Bystra locality – Hala Krupowa mountain shelter (about 17 km, one way). Further routes lead to Polica and even to Babia Góra. You can also walk down to Sidzina locality, get to the centre of Sidzina, and from there return to Jordanów by public transport.
– in the opposite direction: Jordanów – Wysoka village – Skawa village – Rabka (about 16 km).

– to a hillock of Kowalówka over Jordanów (about 4 km, mostly along an asphalt paved road). The trail further leads to Krzeczów village and Zębalowa peak.
– in the opposite direction: Jordanów – mount Góra Ludwiki over Jordanów and Bystra (about 4 km, mostly along an asphalt paved road). On mount Ludwiki, choose the blue trail to walk down to Sidzina and return to Jordanów by bus, or follow the yellow trail to get to the Bór riding centre in Toporzysko and return from there along the same trail or through Sidzina locality.
You can also walk down from mount Ludwiki along the blue trail to Wysoka village and then following the red trail to the railway station in Jordanów.

– Jordanów – Groń/Polana Gronie (about 7 km. one way Here you can choose to walk down to Osielec near Jordanów and return by bus to the starting point. Or continue along the trail to Koskowa Góra, to reach then Maków Podhalański (following the yellow trail).
– Jordanów – Luboń Mały (about half of the trail leading to the peak consists of an asphalt paved road) where you can continue to Luboń Wielki. From Jordanów to Luboń Wielki, there is a distance of 14 km one way. You can then walk down to Rabka and return to Jordanów by public transport.

The largest ski resort of Białka Tatrzańska is situated only 45 km from Jordanów (a drive of about 50 minutes by car).
